Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Products must have all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, worn or used intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must meet all eligibility requirements mentioned above.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn lingerie
Washed or damaged products
Items without original tags or packaging
Products showing signs of use

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
